Terms of Use
1. Kabul
Mahalle Manavı ("Oyun") bağımsız geliştirici Ufuk Uvet ("biz") tarafından sunulur. Oyun'u indirerek ya da kullanarak bu şartları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Oyun'u App Store'dan edindiğinde Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir; bu şartlar onunla çelişirse Apple EULA'sı esas alınır.
2. Kullanım lisansı
Oyun'u kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla, sahip olduğun ya da kontrol ettiğin cihazlarda kullanman için sana kişisel, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Oyun'un kodunu, görsellerini ve içeriğini kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz ya da dağıtamazsın.
3. Sanal para ve eşyalar
- Oyun içindeki para (₺), Altın Elma, paketler ve diğer sanal eşyalar yalnızca Oyun içinde kullanılabilir. Gerçek parasal değerleri yoktur, gerçek paraya ya da başka bir değere çevrilemez, satılamaz ve başkasına devredilemez.
- Sanal eşyalar üzerinde mülkiyet hakkın yoktur; bunlar yalnızca 2. maddedeki lisansın parçasıdır.
- Oyun dengesini (fiyatlar, ödüller, ekonomi) güncelleme hakkımız saklıdır.
4. Satın almalar
Oyun şu an gerçek parayla satın alma sunmuyor. İleride sunulursa satın almalar Apple App Store üzerinden, Apple'ın şartlarına göre yapılacak ve bu şartlar önceden güncellenecektir. 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve bulunduğun ülkedeki zorunlu tüketici hakların saklıdır.
5. Reklamlar
Oyun isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar içerir. Ödül, reklam sonuna kadar izlendiğinde verilir. Reklamların içeriğinden reklam verenler sorumludur.
6. İlerleme ve veri kaybı
Oyun ilerlemen yalnızca cihazında saklanır; bulut yedeği ya da hesap sistemi yoktur. Oyun'u silmen, cihazını değiştirmen ya da cihaz verilerinin silinmesi durumunda ilerlemen kaybolabilir ve geri getirilemez.
7. Yasak davranışlar
Hile, değiştirilmiş uygulama sürümleri, otomasyon araçları ya da reklam ve ödül sistemlerini kötüye kullanmak yasaktır. Bu durumlarda ilgili sanal eşyaları geri alabiliriz.
8. Değişiklikler ve hizmetin sona ermesi
Oyun'u güncelleyebilir, özellik ekleyebilir ya da kaldırabilir ve makul bir bildirimle Oyun'un sunumunu sona erdirebiliriz. Bu şartları değiştirirsek güncel sürümü bu sayfada yayımlarız; değişiklikten sonra Oyun'u kullanmaya devam etmen yeni şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, Oyun'un kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz; doğrudan sorumluluğumuz her durumda son 12 ayda Oyun için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Kanunen sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluklar saklıdır.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir; tüketici olarak Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakların ile bulunduğun ülkenin zorunlu tüketici hukuku saklıdır.

1. Acceptance
Mahalle Manavı (the "Game") is provided by independent developer Ufuk Uvet ("we"). By downloading or using the Game you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you obtain the Game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; if these terms conflict with it, Apple's EULA prevails.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or distribute the Game's code, artwork or content.
3. Virtual currency and items
- In-game money (₺), Golden Apples, packs and other virtual items can only be used within the Game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value, sold or transferred.
- You do not own virtual items; they are part of the license in section 2.
- We may adjust game balance (prices, rewards, economy).
4. Purchases
The Game currently offers no real-money purchases. If purchases are offered later, they will be made through the Apple App Store under Apple's terms, and these terms will be updated beforehand. Your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Ads
The Game contains optional rewarded ads. The reward is granted when the ad is watched to the end. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads.
6. Progress and data loss
Your progress is stored only on your device; there is no cloud backup or account system. Deleting the Game, changing devices or clearing device data may result in lost progress, which cannot be restored.
7. Prohibited conduct
Cheating, modified app versions, automation tools or abusing the ad and reward systems are prohibited. In such cases we may remove the related virtual items.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the Game, add or remove features, and discontinue the Game with reasonable notice. If we change these terms we will publish the current version on this page; continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Game, and our direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game in the last 12 months. Liability that cannot be limited by law remains unaffected.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws and courts of your country of residence.
